I build agentic AI systems that run in production, not demos. A deal-management CRM on Next.js, Supabase and the Claude API that has processed 200+ leads and carried a mandate worth up to ₹20 crore. Anyone can demo an agent. I ship the half that keeps it alive: I caught email scanners auto-approving deals by pre-fetching the approve link and moved approval onto an authenticated POST; I lock factual claims in code so the model can draft around them but never rewrite them; I used atomic transactions to stop two clients accepting the same bid at once. Guardrails, approvals, the boring parts.
